My passion is Film. So I decide with my partner Kimseng and Neang to continue filming this year. We have our own independent discovery which is filming. Our filming group work really hard to make our movie. First we discuss with each other to find our the ideas what our movie going to look like. Then we end up with 3 ideas so we divide each person choose to write the script in each idea. For my script is about the students in the school. Here’s my script that I have wrote and some editing from my team. Also I need to translate into Khmer because the movie going to be speak in khmer.
The girl named (SUSA) live in the poor family. She makes a sad face when she sees other family, they have a lot of money and goes to different places.
SUSA
Why I’m born in the poor family? Why my life never fun like other?
She’s walking to school and she have two best friends named MALA and NICA.

SUSA
I’m great! But I just feel bad of myself all the time.
គ្នាសុខសប្បាយតាស! តែគ្នាតែងតែមានអារម្មណ៍មិនល្អចំពោះខ្លួនឯងរហូតហ្នឹង។
NICA
I’m feeling worse today!
ចំពោះញុំវិញមានអារម្មណ៍មិនល្អសោះង៉ៃហ្នឹង។
MALA

NICA
This morning the gecco just fall on my head. I scream and shout. It was the worse day.
កាលពីព្រឹកមិញតុកកែធ្លាក់លើក្យាលញុំ ហើយគ្នាភ័យចង់ងាប់ ស្រែកផងអីផង។
SUSA
Ok, stop talking about all of those things, let go to class.
បានហើយៗ ទៅ ឈប់និយាយពីរឿងមិនល្អទៀតទៅ តោះទៅថ្នាក់រៀន!
SUSA looks at the time…..
SUSA
Hey guys, WEEE’RE LATE, quick run!!!!!!!!!
ហេ! គ្នាយើងឲ្យលឿនមក ដល់ម៉ោងហើយ លឿនៗ!
All three of them run very fast into the classroom.
TEACHER
Why, are you guy late?

SUSA, NICA, MALA

All three of them go to stand outside of the class, then have have three boys (PISETH, SOVAN, YUTH) and in that school look strenth, most of the boy looks at SUSA. SUSA doesn’t say anythings.
PISETH
Oh why, you guy standing?
អ! ហេតុអី បានអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាឈរ
SOVAN
Come to school late?
មករៀនយឺតមែន?
NICA nodded.
YUTH
May, we join too?
ពួកញុំសូមចូលរួមផងបានអត់?
NICA and MALA said at the same time. YES IF YOU WANT TOO! បានតាសបើចង់!
SUSA just do normal not react anything because she so shy.
PISETH
SUSA should say something. Should we stand with you?
ស៊ូសាគួរតែនិយាយអីខ្លះទៅ។ តើពួកខ្ញុំចូលរួមផងបានអត់?
SUSA

While they standing two girl walk through, both of them using a very nice phone and so fancy.
SUSA really want that and her face turn very sad, and she put her head down.
At the evening she comes back home.
MOM
Oh you come back? Why you look so sad?
អ! កូនមកវិញហើយអរ! កូនអត់កើតអីណាអី? មើលទៅដូចជាអត់សប្បាយចិត្តសោះ?
SUSA doesn’t answer anything.
MOM
What happened to you?

SUSA
Why am born in the poor family? (she yell)
ហេតុអីបានជាខ្ញុំកើតមកជាកូនអ្នកក្រអញ្ចឹង?
MOM
I’m really sorry, Susa everyday I’ll try my best to find money.
ឲ្យម៉ែសុំទោសផង ស៊ូសាកូនដឹងទេថារាល់ថ្ងៃម៉ាក់ខំប្រឹងរកលុយណាស់ដើម្បីកូន។
SUSA

ម៉ែមិនបាច់និយាយអីទេ!
Susa runs to sit to one place. Her mom feel really bad. Mom goes to cook rice. Susa walks slowly to find the money.
SUSA (she said to herself)
Sorry mom but this is the only choice that I have to do. I know that I’m not a good person.
សូមទោសម៉ែ ប៉ុន្តែនេះគឺជាជម្រើសដែលកូនត្រូវធ្វើ។ កូនដឹងថាកូនមិនមែនជាកូនល្អសម្រាប់ម៉ាក់ទេ។
While she’s finding the money, her mom arrive.
MOM
What are you doing SUSA? Stop it! Why you do like this? I ask you why? If you need something just tell me I’ll will buy for you!
កំពុងធ្វើអីហ្នឹងស៊ូសា? ឈប់ភ្លាម! ហេតុអីបានជាកូនធើចឹង? ម៉ែសួរថាហេតុអី? បើត្រូវការអីប្រាប់

SUSA (started to cry)
You know this is the only choice that I like, I don’t know why my life is so bad that born in the poor family like this. I saw other people using phone I really want it. I’m so scared to ask you! I don’t want to do it.
ម៉ែដឹងអត់ ខ្ញុំតែងតែគិតហេតុអីបានជាញុំវាអាក្រក់មិនល្អ ដែលខ្ញុំកើតជាត្រកូលកូនអ្នកក្រ។ ញុំឃើញគេប្រើទូរស័ព្ទល្អៗ ញុំពីតជាចង់បានណាស់តែមិនដឹងធើម៉េច ខ្ញុំមិនហ៊ានសូមម៉ែនោះទេ ហើយខ្ញុំក៏មិនចង់លួចលុយម៉ែដែរ។

An 30 minutes ago. Her mom goes to take all of the money that she has in her pillow.
MOM
I have nothing left. But I have to do it for my kid to be happy, if she happy i’m happy too.

In the morning her mom sell one piece of the land and goes to buy the phone for her.
When SUSA come back from school her mom.

Susa can’t stop smiling, and she can’t sleep that night.

At night she doesn’t eat anything, and not study at night.

SUSA, do your homework, and study, you not allow to play with your phone all the time like this. You need to think about your future too.

Mom goes and grab it. But then SUSA push her mom and fall down. Her mom feel really bad about that.
ONE MONTH LATER!!
Everyone need to do the test to pass to the next great.
While doing test, SUSA feels really bad to herself because she doesn’t know how to do anything.
The day to check the result, she doesn’t past, but all of her friends past and they feel really bad.
SUSA feels really bad to herself.
NICA and MALA

MOM

MOM really angry, and shake SUSA shoulder.
SUSA

SUSA push her mom, then her mom head hit with the table and die.
SUSA
MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m sorry mom!, I didn’t mean to do like that to you. MOM!
I’m sorry if before I was a person and to you. MOM!
ម៉ែ! ឲ្យកូនសុំទោស! កូនអត់មានបំណងចង់ធ្វើអញ្ចឹងទេ។ ម៉ែ!!! ឲ្យកូនសុំទោសពីមុនកូនជាកូនមិនល្អ។

SUSA was yelling so loud and crying!

Now I’m just nothing.

SUSA is holding her phone.
SUSA
